If you set MFP to your BMR, eat back your workouts. Measure everything. If you have cheat days (which I don't agree with really) then make sure they are never over your TDEE.

I really liked this documentary. It further enforced why I am a vegetarian. Big agra is really awful for the environment which I have witnessed firsthand in California and even American banana plantations in Costa Rica. I feel like big agra and pharma companies are just fueling each other's wealth.

The more I read of your thread OP, the more I find myself saying "ME TOO!". I have done all the things you have done. My fitness level went up, weight and BF% arent going down since I stopped the 1200 cal thing about 4 months ago.

I have been on for 125 days. In the begining I lost weight at 1200-1300 cals a day. Then I read more into it, like you, and gradually went up to 1700. Sometimes taking probiotics will help if your bacterial balance is off. I dont know how well those yogurts like Activia work but I know you can buy pro and pre biotics at pharmacies. You could also have a bacterial infection and those could help. the good bacteria will eat the bad bacteria.

You can cut the insides out of a tomatoes and mix it with some salt/pepper/cottage cheese/dill and then stuff it back in the tomato shell. They are really good that way.

In basic you t ever be able to rest, I broke a rib in those two days so I got to rest and let my muscles heal so that helped. But still by that point I did 15 with a cracked broken rib. I owe it almost all to planks I think.

Too much eating out, too much pasta instead of protein, taco bell sometimes. Really not much different than now I just dont do all the bad things in the same day. They get spread out. Today pasta, tomorrow beer, the next day a chocolate bar....instead of all in one day.
