It really depends on what kind of lifts you are doing. 15lbs deadlifts aren't going to do enoguh to increase your food intake probably but 15lbs dumbell press may be working your upper body ok. I think the other gal is more concerned. If you are doing 15 lbs deadlifts and it is hard you may be using the wrong muscle group.…

I pre log the lunch I pack to work so I know what I can eat for dinner and plan for gym time if I can go. On my days off I just eat when ever I am hungry and I dont plan ahead.

If you aredoing TDEE dont eat back your workouts. If you are doing MFP then do. But, 1200 is really low.

You are not eating enough. Eat back your workouts. Have a PB and J sandwich. TThey are like 400 calories. You can totally eat more. Your body isnt hungry because you have trained yourself not to respond to normal hunger from dieting for so long. After a couple of days eating at or above 1200 you will go back to normal…

I put yellow squash an zuchinnie and slice them up and grill them. They can be used as taco filling or an extra on a veggy or tofu burger. Also, broccoli is high in protein and calcium. I stay away from processed meat replacements as much as I can. Homemade black bean burgers are good too. I love beans and lentils.

I strted at 12-13min miles (even ran that in High School) bow I can run one in 9 minutes. Just put your shoes on and go, pace doesnt matter until you get more used to it. :) You are doing awesome!

1500 net cals. I work out almost everyday though so I end up eating some of my my cals back at 1700ish.

I laugh at the butt shape I leave on the weight bench when I stand up. (I wipe it off, dont judge haha)

To the best of my ability. I have to estimate the serving size of food at restaraunts but at home I measure my food.

I think the home made veggy burgers are better (and better for you) but the morning star ones are totally good too. I dont even like meat anymore. The smell sickens me.
