  • Okay - first week of the challenge I am down 2 lbs. Early in the week, I followed a low-cal diet, but didn't watch carbs. When I didn't drop any weight at all, I started doing a low-carb diet and in the last two days dropped 2 lbs. So, I guess I'm one of those people! Do what works for you - that's what I always say!
