    My weight today is 265lbs. In the next ten weeks I would like to get through the 15 lbs I need to reach my short term goal.

    OK, I've backed up a bit. I have adjusted my calorie intake and am stepping up my workouts. I hope this gets the scale going back in the right direction.

    today's weigh in 261.6lbs

    NSV: I just put on a size 20 skirt. No sucking in my breath, no laying down, just put it on and zipped it up. It's tight, but it's a size 20. NSV my friend, NSV.

    Okay - first week of the challenge I am down 2 lbs. Early in the week, I followed a low-cal diet, but didn't watch carbs. When I didn't drop any weight at all, I started doing a low-carb diet and in the last two days dropped 2 lbs. So, I guess I'm one of those people! Do what works for you - that's what I always say!
