Right there with ya'll! Someone mentioned closed diary, not wanting friends to see how much she drank. My friends can tell when I'm on a binge because I do not log anything :noway: On those days I end up drinking all + of my calories for the day. I am /have been /will be again in the same places as many of you.:drinker:

I have to comment, I jumped throughout your diary for the past 5 months. I saw very few healthy choices. You also went over more than you stayed under 1200. Yep! Sure do! Most of my meals are under 400 calories. I cook, portion, freeze & label, I have about 6 pages of recipes I have done on my recipe builder. I like having a lot of variety. Check out my Diary to get an idea on meals. If you like :drinker:

I make all of my own-Honey mustard 17 cal per serv (mock, there is no honey), Ranch 22 cal per serv , Thousand Island 22 cal per serv, Blue cheese 31 cal per serv. Servings are 2 Tablespoons.
