Great job so far! Up your calorie intake, and eat small portions throughout the day. Switch your exercise to something more difficult than walking (try to jog a few minutes and then walk a few minutes) The weight you were loosing at the beginning is probably your water weight! Don't get discouraged!

I use Jillian Michaels DVD's.. Hard workouts but worth it! I'm doing the 30 day shred and Blast Fat Boost Metabolism!

Completely agree. I work for a fair trade cafe that uses locally organic food INCLUDING milk. I don't mind spending the extra $2.00 to drink a milk that tastes better, has less pesticides AND is bought locally therefore supporting our local farmers. My daughter drinks full fat milk (3.25%) because they are GOOD fats!

I know what you mean, I HATE water... I had to make it part of my routine, keep a glass of water somewhere you pass by often, every time you walk by take a couple gulps.
