Restricting = binging and purging. feed your body a fair number of calories every 3 hours. Eat a minimum of 6 times a day. Eat healthy fats, proteins, and carbs. DO NOT RESTRICT, DO NOT DIET. DIETING AND RESTRICTING = Bulimia. Good luck! checkout overcoming-bulimia.com
