Hi, my name is Codie; I am 20 years old and I'm trying to lose weight without losing my mind. I have had a huge long history of disordered eating in the past and every time I start to diet it begins to slowly slip out of my control again. I joined MFP in the past and deleted it because I was going down a bad path. I decided I need to never give up and I need to never forget I am worth getting better and getting healthy. I re-joined and now I am just looking for support.

    Restricting = binging and purging. feed your body a fair number of calories every 3 hours. Eat a minimum of 6 times a day. Eat healthy fats, proteins, and carbs. DO NOT RESTRICT, DO NOT DIET. DIETING AND RESTRICTING = Bulimia. Good luck!
