A hard boiled egg white because we hard boiled eggs to dye with our daughter and one cracked in the boiling process making it undyable. Didn't eat the yolk though.

My largest meal is dinner so I pre-log that and then I make choices about the rest of my meals and snacks based on those calories being taken off the table.

So many great ideas. I am going to get professional pictures taken. I always get them of my daughter but I am never in them because I know I will look horrible and wreck a cute picture of her. Once I lose the last of the weight I am going to be in a couple of shots with her.

I had just given birth to my daughter and because I have a heart condition so I worked closely with a nutritionist to get my weight down to a level that my heart could keep up with.

I lost the huge amount of weight..and now I am struggling to get the last bit off..maybe more monotony will work for me again.

Thanks so much. I drink somewhere around 25-30 ounces of coffee a day..sometimes even more. I log the calories from the coconut or almond milk and I use as little Truvia as I can. Just enough to take the edge off the bitterness.

I have read that you can use skin brushing to help stimulate circulation to the areas with looser skin. Might be worth researching.

Okay. I guess my previous issues with eating kind of taught me that you have to eat less to lose more..not eat more to lose more. I will work on that. Thanks!!

The number of calories I get a day is super low..because the weight I want to get to is rather low..so maybe my calorie intake should come up slightly?

I have 15 pounds to lose. I do vigorous workouts at the gym every day. I can cut out flour and other simple carbs if that will help.

Mine isn't a plateau though. I never really lost any weight. Will eating a bit more still help me lose?

No. I do not eat back the calories that I work off. Ever.

Hurts my knees and my hips too. I stick to the treadmill or the stationary bike for cardio.

Relax. I have been there. It is water. Your body retains water around that time of the month to compensate for the bleeding. Your weight will slowly get back to normal when you are done. :)

I too have recovered from an ED and I am recording what I eat with ease and without triggering myself. I just set a rule for myself that I must record at least x number of calories worth of food a day. I only get disappointed with myself if I am over or under that number. Otherwise I just look at it as a way to maintain my…
