Monotony and weight loss
Has anyone else noticed that when they eat roughly the same thing every day, they lose more weight? I lost 60 pounds in 3 months last year and I seriously ate the same thing every day. Anyone else experience that?

Weight won't budge
I am eating exactly the number of calories that is recommended for losing weight and I am burning off about half of them at the gym or doing other workouts around the house and yet my weight will not budge. I am open to anything to make it go down.

Coffee?
I drink a ton of coffee with truvia and either coconut milk or almond milk. I stay within my calorie count, am I still hurting my weight loss? I know that the truvia isn't good for me but I like it and the calorie count is right. Thoughts?
