Could be a sign of diabetes or thyroid issues. Have you had a medical checkup recently?

Dill pickles, steamed edamame with sea salt, and stove top popcorn are my go to crunchy salty snacks.

I try to leave some calories for late night snacking but if I don't have many, I just eat dill pickles. Very low calorie and satisfies the craving for salty crunchy food.

Today I am having scrambled tofu with shallots, spinach, sriracha, tumeric, salt, pepper, and garlic powder with a banana on the side.

I do circuits. Pick 4-5 different exercises and do so many reps of each and do them all in order and do as many circuits of it as possible. Gets your heart rate going and works your muscles all at once. Good luck!

Two Kashi 7 grain waffles topped with Justin's chocolate hazelnut spread and strawberries with a side bowl of fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries) with lemon ginger tea.

I shop at Publix, The Fresh Market, Winn Dixie, and Whole Foods. No one store has everything that we eat regularly.

I absolutely love fresh ripe mangoes, roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon, lemon ginger water, and a good cup of tea sweetened with stevia with a squeeze of lemon.

Thanks so much. I'll look into it.

I rarely go but when I do, I get a tall skinny vanilla latte either hot or iced for a mere 100 calories.

Which vegan protein powder do you use? I can't seem to find one that doesn't have a million chemicals in them and taste halfway decent. Thanks!

In a pinch you can wrap it in a damp/wet paper towel to microwave it. Keeps it from drying out on you.

I find that soup holds over very well and you can make a few different varieties and mix it up week to week so you don't get bored.
-
Once a week I batch cook and freeze breakfast sandwiches for my husband who calorie counts. All he has to do is microwave it, grab a piece of fruit and his coffee and he is out the door.

Love PB2. I use it in lieu of traditional peanut butter in every way. On toast, in oatmeal, in baked goods, in pancakes, making my own protein bars, in smoothies, and making killer pad Thai!

I do allow myself one cheat day a month but it has to be pre-planned..that way I don't let a craving claim my cheat day. Like in December my cheat day was Christmas eve because we always do a large Christmas Eve dinner complete with Christmas cookies AND pie! More cheat days than that and I struggle to stay on target on…

I have always really struggled to drink enough water because water is so boring so I got a infuser water bottle and every night I load the chamber up with whatever fruits, herbs, and veggies I want. Lately I have been loving lemon ginger but you can really make any kind of water you like. I just let it sit in the fridge…

I love tea! I drink green tea for breakfast every day with a dash of stevia and a squeeze of lemon juice and then have a fruitier tea either a teavana orange blossom and youthberry or a pomegranate green tea later in the day without any sweeteners or lemon. Before bed I love a big mug of warm chamomile tea with just a…

It's likely that you are just getting more fiber than your body is used to..unless you are eating/drinking something you are allergic or intolerant to. Try easing back on the fiber a bit and check to see if you are more affected by certain foods.

For high protein, dairy free, and not greasy I would reach for oatmeal made with any fresh fruit you like in oats (I like berries or bananas) and nuts or nut butter with some chia seeds mixed in or two eggs cooked without oil and a side of fruit. Happy eating!

I'm not a brain tumor survivor but I am a stroke survivor. I had an absolutely massive stroke that should have been deadly at 19 years old and I have a lot of the same symptoms as you. Thankfully over time most of my symptoms have lessened or gone completely. It is really hard being affected by something out of your…

Spirulina! It's so good for me but it tastes like a swamp smells.

I really up my protein and my fiber intake so that I am never hungry enough to eat items that I know aren't going to help me achieve my goal. I also drink more water and exercise more to earn more calories so if I decide to eat something I normally wouldn't, I can afford it.

I either do two eggs with a piece of fruit or a low calorie greek yogurt with a serving of natural nuts and a piece of fruit. Always with green tea.

My daughter will leave cookies for santa and my husband and I will eat them. I will log them and it will be fine. It's a special day and they fit in my macros so why not?
-
I think you have to trial and error it because everyone is different. For me, I have to workout on an empty stomach or I get cramps. I eat afterward paying special attention to protein.

I have to eat breakfast quickly and on the go every day and my go to is to hard boil an entire carton of eggs every week and just keep them in the fridge. In the morning I grab two eggs, a piece of fruit (or if it is berries or grapes or something, I pre-portion those out into baggies) and a drinkable yogurt with water,…
