i work 7:30 am to 6 pm and then i go right to the gym! i am tired but i want this so bad!

I feel your pain, I too have PCOS and my dr said that it would be a struggle to lose weight. She said that I had to keep my calories at 1300 and do NOT eat the exercise calories back. Be patient and you will succeed. I wish you all the best. You can friend me if you like. alissa

I use EAS carb control shakes that are already made, they sell them cheaper at Wal-Mart. Only 110 calories. I like to mix fruit in it!

i am taking 20mg a day. It has been 3 months now that i haven been taking it. I haven't been very consistent in my eating habits so i can't totally blame the meds. I will stick it out for another month and see how it goes. I feel much better than i did without the meds.

i am the same way. the other day i went to mcsonalds and completely overdid it. i ate and ate even though i was so full that my stomach hurt. why does this happen? i felt terrible about it!

YES! i exercise 5 days a week! total of 6 hours! just frustrating, but i will not give up! i have given up so many times before and this time i will push forward!

i just bought a pair of the k swiss tubes that Jillian Michaels sponsors. they are the best sneakers i have ever worn! they are light and breathable! feels like you are walking on air!

this would also be great for me to try! i work 2 jons and sometimes i think i will make it to the gym and i cannot. then i have eaten those extra calories without the exercise! i am going to try this out!

i do a class called sculpt and tone that sounds very similar. we also do the step and incorporate a little bit of cardio. i count it as circuit training!
