Shakelogy has a ton of micronutrients, extremely good for you. It is expensive as hell though, always wanted to try it but at 4$ per shake, not widdit.

I used to care about my sodium, and sugar. Man, was that hell. No hot sauce, no salt, no buffalo sauce, "oh my god that cheese has 600 mg of sodium per serving" omg this omg that. Lol, don't worry about it. Iifym. Keep it simple guys.

Drink prune juice, lots of it. Makes you go like THAT.

I plan in the morning when I'm in class. Whatever I'm in the mood for that day is what I log in first, then adjust everything so it can fit my macros. Just as a guideline, like that I won't accidentally overeat and all that.
-
Quit cause it made me lazy, binge, and cause I joined the army. Great memories though <3 Will never forget them :')

It does not matter when you eat, what you eat, if its 3 big meals, 5 small meals, before bed, none of this matters. Obviously its better to eat healthy nutritious meals, but as long as you're in a caloric deficit you'll still lose weight.

Kashi Go Lean. High Fiber, big serving for like 140 calories I believe, 10g of protein. Such an amazing cereal!
-
Yes, it's fascinating! I'm a Gemini. When I first began reading about zodiac signs I was bugging out lmao, it felt like someone had written my personality and everything. Real cool :)

Eating. I absolutely love LOVE food. lmao. I'd say I still have the mind of a fat person like I used to be. I love me my cinnamon buns, my cookies, my ice cream, all that good stuff. Mmm. Training/Exercising is so fun for me, so no problem with that. It's like going to the park :')

Oh no I have an even better one. Damn Fiber One brownies. The commercial came up, I'm hungry as hell, that brownie looks big, fluffy, and delicious. 90 calories!? (If I remember correctly). I'm sold! Head to the supermarket, buy me some Fiber One brownies, get home, open the box. ... A damn brownie is like the size of my…

When I binge that food goes STRAIGHT to my face. I feel your pain, it sucks so bad! I thought it could just be me overthinking things but my friends notice it too, if I binge, everyone WILL know lmao. But, that's why I try never not to :). Anyway, you're beautiful, no need to worry. We just gotta work through our…

Feel free to add me and ask any questions :) The first fitness program I tried over 3-4 years ago was P90X, but I never commited. I would do like one workout, not even, I would stop halfway, and not workout again till like next week or two. Last year I decided to finally change my lifestyle for real. Exercise, eat right,…

)est protein powder out there in my opinion is MTS Nutrition Whey. Anything done by Marc Lobliner is A+++. He truly cares about his customers and does nothing but high quality stuff.

Thank You!

Seems like you love peanut butter, I feel you, it's amazing! There's this thing called PB2, next time you go to your supermarket check if they have it! Or you could order it online. It's powedered peanut butter, I put it in shakes or whatever to add that peanut butter taste to it without all the calories, it cuts down the…

Protein is waayyy too low. Eat some chicken breast, lean ground turkey, lean beef. Protein powder can help as well. Good luck (y)

I'd say use the transition phase, I'll explain what it is. Your body is used to the caloric deficit you were eating, suddenly adjusting to your maintenance calories will probably make you gain a bit of weight. Let your body slowly adjust back to your maintenance by upping your calories by 100 every week or two until you…
-
What's your maintenance caloric intake? Subtract 100 to 500 calories from that, no more no less (the more you take off the more weight you lose) Don't use macro splits %. There are so many splits out there like 50/30/20 and such, but no, don't follow that. Protein: 1g of protein per lb. So if you're 150lb, then 150g of…

You don't NEED to get a phone, you could just buy an iPod touch. You can have some games in there, music, videos, and MyFitnessPal. Simple as that (y)

Calisthenics. Do push ups, dips, pull-ups. All these things are pretty much quiet. - You could have an amazing chest and back workout with just different variations of push-ups and pull-ups. - Biceps; some dumbbells and don't smash them on the floor. - Triceps; dips, dumbbells, military push-ups. - Shoulders; dumbbells,…

Definitely depends on your goals. I've done both programs, and oh man, whichever you chose will work you for sure. But, the results will be different. - Insanity Insanity will have you sweating the pounds right off. It's much more difficult than p90x cardio-wise. It doesn't really put on any muscle though. What Insanity…
