I'm on my second week of round 2 of P90X, so far so good. Todays plyo was better in some areas - I know I'm getting better at some of the moves like rock star hops and knee bend jumps. Before I was just jumping off the ground, straight legged, but I actually bent my knees today in the air. Sounds easy, but it was tough up…
