Great job, must feel great to be under 200!

I dunno, there was some good parts and bad parts. First off I thought it was going to be great when Jillian and Roulan were talking about the all or nothing head space - this is my mentality all the time so I thought this was going to be great, but it was just OK. Question - where does he get the bag of chips and drawer…

Just got back from vacation, and was able to get up on waterskis - this was a goal I had for summer, but it came early. It had been 25 years . . . btw, destroyed my entire upper body doing so, I'll be sidelined for a bit, but totally worth it!

Spare bedroom . . .

Came across this video a few weeks back, I think it does a great job of driving the message home (no pun intended): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DebhWD6ljZs I think if this gets spread around, people will get the idea . . . lets hope anyway.

Awesome work man!

When I got past the weight I could never get beyond in all my other attempts . . . that was 20 lbs ago. MFP and P90X have helped me get to this point. Also family health issues made me take a second look and come to some realizations about the future, and the future of my family.

Thats awesome, congrats - I just made it to the 50 lb mark as well . . . not getting checked out yet or anything, but still just as excited. Way to go!

We try to eat clean, and we subscribe to Eat Clean Magazine which is really great with great recipes and wide variety. You'd be surprised at the amount of eat clean items are in the MFP database as well. My wife is the wheels behind us eating clean, as she does the planning for the week. If it weren't for her, I probably…

Yeah - I am totally addicted to this site. Its great to hear/see everyone's perspective on things when you're up and when you're down mentally. There have been a few times when I've gotten out of a funk just by checking out the message boards.

I know this probably wont help the cause, but the best lasagna I have ever had was at a place called Taverna Flavia. The owner was in Cleopatra and had photos all over the walls from the set. Great place, great food! You will do plenty of walking around as well, we came back and I was down a pound, you wouldn't have…

Great post, thanks! I've been really surprised at the great recipes out there that actually taste good and are good for you. Eat Clean magazine is a really great source for them, but it takes time and effort. My wife plans the meals for the week and we shop together, and the variety is great as well. I had to get over…

For the first round I just did the Plyo, Yoga and Kenpo. Now that I'm on round 2, I'm doubling up cardio days. I will do an hour on the bike on the days I do Plyo, an hour on the bike instead of Yoga - but I also play hockey on this day as my double, and I've just started doing a spinning class on the Kenpo days. I'm…

I'm down 43 lbs in 4 months, working out 5 - 6 days a week, and eating clean (well, as much as possible). I started p90x, and I'm on my 3rd week of round 2, also doing doubles a few times a week as well this round - p90x and on the bike 3 times a week. I'm down 16 lbs since I started p90x.

I'm finding it pretty confusing as well. I'm trying to follow the p90x guidelines from the nutrition guide, and maintain my calorie intake with MFP. Sometimes I may not be exact in terms of how many proteins or carbs I'm allowed, but I try to keep my calories on target. The p90x guideline part keeps me in line of a…
