I like to mix up my activity, but cycling is my favorite. 7/1 - 60 minutes bowling (I know, not your typical "exercise", but it IS a physical activity that burns calories...haha) 7/2 - 90 minutes cardio and lifting regimen 7/3 - 40 minutes cycling 7/4 - 30…

I definitely like Sabra products. If you have an Aldi near you, they have a brand (I can't remember the actual name) of red pepper hummus that is out of this world! Now I want hummus!!!

This is my first Thanksgiving knowing I have diabetes as well. Gonna try really hard to limit my portions of the high carb side dishes. Mashed potatoes and stuffing are big weaknesses for me. Wish me luck, haha!

Thank you everyone for your input. Up until this point, I have been checking my sugar in the mornings and usually once more during the day/evening. I have tested after some particular meals to see what they do. I'm just gonna have to start measuring and testing more frequently. The 198 reading yesterday was definitely…

I would like to stay in the range of $100 or less.

My workout mixes are all over the place too. Lots of Disturbed and Chevelle, but then I bust out Hit Em Up by 2Pac. Then when I get tired of these mixes (which is usually about once a month), I pull out the ultimate......The Rocky IV Soundtrack!!!

I draw motivation from a lot of things. Some positive, some negative. When I see someone that I haven't seen in awhile and they notice, I get motivated. On the negative side, I had a friend videotape me at karaoke a few weeks ago and when I watched the video, I was disgusted at what I saw, so it made me want to strive even…

First of all, I think that is an awesome program that your school has! Both are good bikes. Personally, if you are going to be riding the distance you are talking about, I would go with the Specialized. Although the Giant is a good bike, it is more for the recreational Sunday in the park rider.
