Probably anything that's bass driven and fast.. Old school, new school, it's all rock and roll to me!
  • Donna Summers station on Pandora. Feels like dancing and makes me happy.

    NICE!

I'm a rocker at heart, but I find it hard to work out to it. I tend to put some 80's music on Pandora and work out to that.
  • In the gym it's all-electronica-all-the-time. That keeps me energized and moving and sweating. When I'm running however I have to run without music. It completely screws up my breathing.
  • Stuff like Avenged Sevenfold, Papa Roach, Shinedown are at the top of my personal workout list :)

Warmly recommended: **** Dale and his Del-Tones (oh ya his first name is going to be censored away here pffff). The Apemen and Pyramids... So, instrumental surf guitar. It's perfect, esp. for cardio. And esp. for guys hehe

Metal/metalcore/thrash...ect for running. Yoga is more celtic and classical. Trail running and hiking is upbeat pop. And if I'm at the gym it's a mix of everything from Metallica to Toby Keith to Sarah Brightman....as long as it keeps me pumped.

I am with you on all these as workout music. Although I am not a huge fan of a couple of those bands such as skillet, the beat that they deliver makes for great workout music. Sometimes I even go a little hard with children of bodom and hatebreed and 5FDP

I listen to an eclectic mix - depends on the day: 80's pop, 90's alternative like Green Day or Yellowcard, Serbian/russian/spanish rock! or classical....like I said, eclectic!
  • Poison , Motley crue , Def Leppard , Tesla , Queen.

All of my favorites! :) I really love Tesla...

Lots of Motley Crue! If I'm using my elliptical at home I usually put in a Motley Crue DVD. Anything with a beat really.

It depends, if its strength training then its got to be something aggressive and driving: Cradle of Filth, Satyricon or Emperor. If it's aerobic then something that makes me wanna move like Lady Gaga, Rhianna, and pretty much anything from the 80's.

Anything as long as it's P!nk. A close second would be Lady Gaga

It all depends on my mood that day. My workout music ranges from metal to hip hop.

Metal - Children of Bodom, Kalmah
Rock - Metallica, Alice in Chains
    Hip Hop - Roots, Slaughterhouse

I know there's other stuff but that's all I can think of right now.

My workout mixes are all over the place too. Lots of Disturbed and Chevelle, but then I bust out Hit Em Up by 2Pac. Then when I get tired of these mixes (which is usually about once a month), I pull out the ultimate......The Rocky IV Soundtrack!!!
