I think mine is open as well! (Although I might not be the best to look at :/ ) Its honestly about a good mix of exercise with the food you eat. Rihanna. Hands down the best workout music. Obviously not anything like "Unfaithful" because that's way too slow but all her songs like "Shut Up and Drive", "Rockstar 101" and "Disturbia" are GREAT songs to keep you movin' :)
