I do once a week, but the time in between kills me. I like to see a bigger drop at once then a bunch of little drops. I used to do the every day thing, but I got obsessed with it.

We ate at Applebees yesterday and I just typed in Applebees house salad and it popped up. I haven't found a whole restaurant listing though. Hope that helps.

I use the following website. http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc you just put in your weight and how many minutes of each exercise. It has a really good list of exercises, but there was still a few that I had to research. Also, not 100% sure of the accuracy, but I figured it had to be in the range.

I do the P90, it's 37 minutes long including before and after stretching. I'm getting tired of it though. You couldn't have posted this question at a better time.

You can add me in. I am taking my Girl Scout Troop to a water park resort (4 days in a swim suit), then the following week my family is heading to Disney World. I want to be able to look at photos without cringing. My goal in 20 pounds by June 1st.
