It will come just keep doing exercise, and staying within you calories, one of these days the scale will surprise you again and put a big eye popping smile on your face!

http://www.fastfood.com/nutrition/ Take a look at how much real nutrition, carbs and calories you will rack up with just one stop for a "Snack". I like the idea of packing yourself a nice turkey sandwich on whole wheat, 1 tbsp of light mayo and 1 oz of cheddar cheese. And don't forget dessert a low sugar jello cup! mmm I…

My best freebie find to date. I was afraid to dine out because I was terrible at making good choices dining out. This website rocks, pick your restaurant, choose up to 25 items from their online menu print and take with you so you can make the wise choice quickly off the menu without pondering and being the last to decide.…

Oh yeah, my family has trouble with ground turkey too! I use spices to jazz it up for tacos and they hardly know the difference!

I can relate to your predicament. I save 1/2 my daily calories for supper with the family (husband and 3 teenagers) I make sure that if I make something breaded or higher in calories, I prepare vegis and fruit and make sure those take a larger presence on the table. My kids can have the fries and the burger and some fruit,…

maybe it's your browser. I am using Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The website sure has a lot of restaurants to pick from.

I completely disagree with your view on digital scales. My old scale was so old it only measured basic weight and if I stepped on it 10 times I would get 10 different weight readings, this was so frustrating and made me give up in the past on my progress. My NEW digital scale measures accurate for my home use, it may not…

I started 30 day shred also, search the internet and got some averages, that is what I use. I know some people have monitors and can get a better estimate of calories burned but here is what I use: 30 day shred level 1 for 20 minutes = 160 calories burned 30 day shred level 2 for 20 minutes = 190 cals burned 30 day shred…

I am currently using the free songs from Biggest Loser, I downloaded both volume one and two for free! The all have high beats per minute! They have really motivated me! It is a Subway/BL promo, they are both still available to download. copy and paste this link if you would like to download these. Link:…

I agree with the other posts here, sleep is counted already in your needed calories to survive and sleep is part of that. I only count exercise that I have to work for, because "Nothing comes for Free", if you want to loose the extra weight, you have to work hard at it!

I struggle to get in my 8 glasses of water also. I have turned to the packets of flavors to give them some new taste. I also choose water as my main beverage with my meals because I will taste the food more. I am not counting my coffee or tea, yet.

I agree facebook is not as productive as this social site is. Here I am playing the game of "Me ville".

I agree the changes can be small but mean so much!

I recommend downloading some high beats per minute music and dance your heart away in the privacy of your own home. 6 songs approximately 250-300 calories burned! there are 2 volumes that each have 12 songs. here is the web address if you would like to get more information. or just google biggest loser workout volume 1 &…

Every year I start a diet too, but until MFP I usually could not stick with it. Seems my addiction to hearing about the success and challenges of others and feeling part of a group that has a purpose has made me feel like I am stronger and can stick with this program. I enjoy eating my normal foods but have learned a ton…

Me too, I have a hard time swallowing cereal or anything but my first cup of coffee, then I exercise, shower then have something to eat about mid morning is when I get hungry so I will have my cereal then, which usually lasts me til lunch, then a snack around 3pm and dinner at 6pm, if needed a small low carb snack at 9pm…

I have not logged most of my cleaning since I was doing it before MFP, I am only logging "breaking a sweat calories burned", when it really gets my heart pumping and it take a sincere effort to accomplish.

I have only been doing this for 10 days and I have lost 3 pounds so far, I know not a lot, but if I keep going at this pace I would say the 2# per week is accurate. But you have to be honest with yourself and enter the exact calories and really push yourself on the exercise and stay obsessed about not being obese!

sounds delicious I am going to try this, It is so cold in Minnesota tonight, I can set the bananas on my deck and will enjoy this in a hour or so!

I too love my coffee creamer, I have replaced the typical liquid creamer with skim milk and flavored coffee syrups (sugar free and zero calories! This is a great replacement and I don't feel like I am missing anything. I agree with a big pot of crock pot soup, I made some tonight, with beans, vegi's, 1/2 broth, 1/2 water…

The kashi berry crunch cereal does it for me, just 1 cup plus 1 cup of skim milk only 180 calories and good fiber too! It really sticks with me. I also try to drink a ton of water to settle my stomach down but it does not always work. Good luck!

I am betting you did a bit more exercise, I like to add all my exercise at the end of the day so I don't eat my hard work away. First meet your goal calories, that is essential. I think the one flaw in MFP is that it gives you too many extra calories after you really have a hard workout. Just get 3 balanced meals a day…

I am a foodie too, could always eat, but some of my best fill me up choices are oatmeal, Kashi Berry Crunch, it is a new cereal out there and Athenos Greek yogurt with honey (does have a lot of sugar, but the greek yogurt pair with honey feels like an ice cream treat to me and keeps me happy for quite a while. I also keep…

Well I just started and I have to admit, taking the day off yesterday was hard, I did do some house work with cleaning bathrooms etc. That seems to burn a few calories also, but I don't see those as options on the exercise choices. I would like to say to keep going everyday I think there is a certain momentum, as long as…
