Combat 60 for me. I really enjoyed it - perhaps I didn't work as hard as i should have, but it seemed less intense than the other workouts have been. My body felt quite stiff before I started so it was nice to loosen up a bit. The push ups were definitely today's challenge.... :grumble:

The scale hasn't moved this week, but I've only just started and I did feel more awake/alert last week. I'm a bit sore today though! I am feeling pleased that I have done my first week as I have never been able to stick through a rotation before! Bring it on!!!

HIIT - 2 for me! More burpees (boo), but they were slower and I could keep up (hoorah!). Well done with wheat - it's a pretty difficult food to cut out because it is in so many things!

When I first put weight on they grew to a 34FF/G. I lost 2.5 stone and went to 32FF. I would love to get to a DD and be able to shop in normal stores for my bras. Unfortunately, I know that they will be the last place to shrink, but I am going to look this challenge straight in the eye and give it my best shot!

I was OK with the computer bit, but I found the meetings unhelpful. That was probably a lot to do with the person leading the meetings and I know that they vary wildly. My tendency was to cheat massively at the beginning of the week and then starve myself at the end when weigh-day started to loom!
