LOL - congratulations! That sounds great.

Hit what MFP recommends for you PLUS your exercise calories back.
-
MFP told me I didn't eat enough today (extreme rarity) so I grabbed some PB and fresh figs and now over 250...if you are hungry grab something light to eat.
-
What a fabulous nsv - congrats!
-
Great charity...go...run
-
I'm always hungry. I didn't get fat from not eating ;)
-
Go Disney! You'll definitely want to kick that walking up several notches for that Disney trip and the water intake too - going in August - whew!
-
I got rid of all my clothes clothes in spring 2012 and so wish I had them now. My co-workers, family and husband keep telling me to buy some new pants but I just won't do it. I have worn the same 4 pairs of pants to work since spring and they're just gonna have to last at least another few weeks.

So funny. I hate public showers (doesn't everyone?) but going camping and getting into those tiny stalls - that's a great goal.
-
So funny guys! I understood what she was saying though...why do you think my initial goal is 170 ;)
-
Where are you planning on going camping? My son will be a boy scout in 2014 and I hope the weight loss will help so I can participate in some of his hiking trips. Good luck!
-
Your goals look fantastic; congratulations. I started on 1/7/2013 and my 1st goal was dropping below 200 lbs (19 lbs). My goal for the year is 50 lbs (170 lbs) and I hope to reach by Christmas. Then I will reevaluate.

Just wanted to say congratulations on the new baby and on choosing to breastfeed. My son is 10 years old but I wanted to wish you luck.
-
I gained 5 lbs in 1 day and it took me a week and a half to lose. I could tell from my food diary it was sodium and not calories. Like stated above, you know it wasn't calorie intake so it'll come back off eventually. Good luck with your new medication.

Beautiful job
-
THANK YOU for all you have done for others. Medications and getting older (jk) can wreck havoc on your body but I'm glad you're doing well enough to get up and moving again. I've been on MFP for 7 months now and there's great, supportive people around. Take care and good luck!

I totally thought this post was going to be about boobies. Imagine my surprise
-
I've been on for about 220 days and go over all the time. Slow and steady and realistic is going to keep me going.
-
You look amazing!
-
I thought DH meant DISNEY husband etc - :)
-
Thank you so much for sharing, just amazing!
-
Yeah what she said.
-
Guess you found it :)

Hi Christi, I am 43 with a 10 yr old son and have been on here since Jan 7. My weight loss has slowed but I have lost 32 lbs (yes my tickler says 30 but it fluctuates daily). Glad you are here.
-
Great job! I started at 219 and am around 187 and still going too. I found I do better around 1500 calories too. My goal for this year is 50 lbs.
-
Caffeine is all I could think of too.
-
I am 5'6", 43 yrs old and started at 219 lbs. I am currently 187. My goal for the year is 170 and then will reevaluate. My doctor told me not to set too large of a goal that 170-180 was good.

There are 4 listings in the mfp food database. Seems several internet postings with people complaining they cannot locate nutritional info, even people on facebook asking for it. Good luck.

Amazing job and you've got a great visual!
