I totally agree. I know people that if they make a mistake they won't log it. That's kidding no one but themselves. If you've been binge free all this time, you were just due ;) Get back to work tomorrow and don't be too hard on yourself.

I saw my doctor today and he asked what my goal was; I responded initially 170 lbs by end of year / early next year. He said "Don't set your goal too low; 170-180 lbs is a good goal."

I've always had wider hips and a small waist. My husband's always loved it. He's loving it now that the waist is getting thinner again too. There's types of everyone. How you feel about it is the most important opinion.

I have a 9 yr old very active son. We enjoy playing Wii fit games (running, bowling, boxing, golf, tennis, step etc). I have the balance board. He is asking for Wii resort for his birthday this month so we can play basketball etc.

You're not getting the answers you seek because most of us don't understand the question and it's asked over and over again. I would suggest searching similar topic and reading the responses there. Most of us are not here because we have trouble getting to 1200 calories a day. Good luck.

I was having horrible reflux. I don't belch. Not to be gross but expelling air and often being sick. This lasted almost 2 years. Since I started MFP in January it is almost non-existent. I think it was a mixture of wrong foods and too much at one time.

Great job and love the family shot. How do you post pics within messages? I haven't figured it out yet. Thanks

Sounds great. My husband just returned from fishing trip so we're looking for good recipes. His fish are really thick though; deep sea as opposed to pond fish.

YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! I don't know how to post pics.

My picky 9 yr old loves it with a little mayo and black pepper. He eats with saltines.

oh yeah, looking good

Spaghetti is easy. Prepare the sauce at home and just heat. A chef I know cooks noodles ahead of time, places in ziplock or vacuum bags and throws in boiling water (kind of like a stouffer) and it's done. I do love breakfast burritos. Fresh fish on the grill is good. Desserts in dutch ovens cooked with charcoal.

That looks amazing.

OH WOW!!!! And I love the suite too ;) Congratulations!

tacos or burritos...ummm

Hi, glad you stopped by to introduce yourself. I know it's exciting to see differences already. Good luck!

Yeah I love when people preface their conversation with that one

Great job. Love the pics.

That's fantastic! 70 lbs in 5 months! I hope to hit that in 12 months. You can really see the difference in your pictures too. I too don't know how to post pics. How do you do that? Congratulations!

Consider making your diary public?

Maybe you are gaining muscle and losing fat. Have you measured yourself?

My nephew was getting too little. The school does not add salt to any foods, my sister was buying low sodium items and his new coach had banned sports drinks. Ended up he needed to add sodium to his diet. I can't say how much is right for you but if you have medical issues that relate to sodium you should definitely see a…

I monitor mine on MFP. Started when I had weight gain / bloat w/o other explanation.

I turned 43 on Jan 5 and began using MFP on Jan 7. As of today I have lost 26 lbs utilizing MFP and really no exercise but I am so much more conscious of what I eat and drink with the help of MFP. I know I need to exercise and can build into my evenings in front of the tv with my son using bar bells and wii.

I eat a tablespoon every day on my english muffin, in a pbj sandwich or with a banana.

One day isn't a big deal and if you want to bump it up a little have some peanut butter. Have a good night.
