Thanks for your help and info, yes I have yo yo'd since I can remember. I have done what you said and it says I should be eating 2293 calories to maintain 200lbs is this correct? it seems high 200lbs is my aim for now as that number already seems really far away to me. I totally agree with your ideas as it gets you ready…
