I use an aerolatte, but I bet an immersion blender would be fine if you use a tall narrow cup or mug: blend butter, coconut oil, etc. with only about 1/3 of the hot coffee (so it doesn't splash everywhere), then add remaining coffee and stir with a spoon. Love my BPC every morning!

Well done! Today is day 365 for me, too! I started at 237 and am now down 61 pounds, started at size 1X or 2X, now wearing size L or 14. I have 39 more pounds I would like to shed in 2014. We've got this! Grats and carry on, girlfriend!

My FITBIT One just started acting wonky yesterday.
