Join the crowd...I have the same problem...just try to count my calories daily is the only thing that seems to be working for me...plus I upped my protein intake and that helps a bit...

I haven't lost as much as I would have liked to in the past 3 weeks either. But, I am still hanging in there trying to get past the first month of less food and trying to kick the carb bad habits...good luck and hang in there..
