Welcome Rachel, we are here for you. I had gastric sleeve surgery 2010 and lost most of my extra weight. It has been a challenge to keep it off. I have gained 10 lbs in three years. I eat really healthy but slipped up on me. weight loss is a daily pursuit.:smile:

Hey have used fitness pal on my cell phone app but now put on my laptop. so much easier to use and see. I would be glad to encourage each other. Hopefully can find my way back here. haha.
