  • I love Buffalo anything. I think I could just dip pieces of bleu cheese in Buffalo sauce and be happy! Can't wait to try this.
  • Whoever recommended coconut creamer, thank you!! I tried it this morning (So Delicious Coconut creamer) and saved 150 calories without resorting to less-healthy ingredients!
  • I like my coffee creamy but not sweet so I use half n half. The problem is that I use a good bit of it and that's more calories than I want first thing in the morning. I am very high risk for type 2 diabetes so I try to follow a typical diabetic diet, higher protein, lower carb, no sugar, so the fat free half n half is not…
  • I am just getting started trying to lose weight and my food plan consists of lower-carb and very little sugar. I'm using this method because I had to eat a strict diabetic diet with each of my pregnancies and I looked and felt great! I also know that I CAN do it since I have done it. I just started this week and it's tough…
  • I've been here for about 18 years and I totally get what you are talking about, it's hard to break in to a new group of friends. I'd love to meet up for a walk with everyone that mentioned it. You might also try Meet Up, it connects local people by interest. I joined for a while but never went to a meet up. There are…
  • Hey all, I was interested in this topic so I figured it's as good a place as any to introduce myself. I'm a 35, married SAHM of three young kids. I've done the up and down thing for a while, that story is in my profile. I'm ready to be done with the games and just live a healthier life. I'm an atheist-leaning agnostic…
  • Hi! I'm brand new here and would like a few more friends as well. I'm 35, SAHM, interested in the whole world, current events, love people! I'm an agnostic so I'll let you decide (I'm friends with many a minister but you never know...) but will happily accept a friend request!
  • Hey! I understand the frustration. My only thought is that maybe with the increased workouts you should make sure you are eating all of your allotted calories. I've read in a lot of places that you can slow your metabolism if you eat too little, especially if you are doing a lot of exercise. Worth a try!
  • We've been here in North College Hill for ten years but are looking to move on soon. We've looked around Finneytown/Wyoming, Amberly/Deer Park and Loveland/Goshen but now I'm really hoping to get a few acres so maybe something Southeast, like Brown County. Who knows! Thanks for the welcome.
  • Hi everyone, I'm brand new to MFP and struggling to find exercise I can do! My right patella is cracked and I have undiagnosed pain in my left knee. I have plantar fasciitis as well but I can usually get through that with icing and stretches. The knee injuries concern me because both were static injuries so I fear further…
