Good for you! Still have one cup of coffee in the morning, but then it's almost always water for me. I think I crave less sweet snacks without the aspartame in diet coke or crystal light.

I use ground turkey in mine all the time. Hubby can't tell the difference.

I worry about sodium for my overall health, not weight loss. I have a family history of high blood pressure and heart disease, so I try to stay within my sodium limits before the dr tells me I HAVE to.

I log mine under Aerobics-High Intensity and use my HRM to know how many calories I burned.

I do yoga at home quite a bit. I have several videos that I rotate between. I do use a mat, but they are pretty cheap. You can wear whatever comfy work out clothes you like. You also don't need to be spiritual about it. The main thing is to quite your mind so you get the full relaxing benefits along with the physical ones.…

That's why I try to log the food before it goes in my mouth! Lots of times if I see that huge calorie number I won't feel like eating it anymore.

I've had that problem too. I just keep going in the order of the workouts, whether I missed a day or not.

I did the South Beach diet once. During the no carbs part I almost passed out at work. I ate a pretzel and was fine. I think our bodies need some carbs to feel good and have energy. I would just limit them and make sure they're good ones, like whole grains and fruit. Watch the refined sugars. Good luck!

Water helps to fill up your stomach, so you feel full. It also flushes junk from your system and keeps you hydrated.

I have a treadmill and a bowflex weight machine and love both. I would go to a gym so you can try different machines and see what you like. If you buy something you hate using, you won't get your money's worth out of it. I also have a wii fit and never use it.

I really like the ones in the Crunch Series that Sarah Ivanhoe does. For some reason she doesn't bother me.

It's really hard. Check out websites like www.skinnytaste.com and try some new, better for you recipes. You can also tweak your favorites to make them healthier. If you pay attention to portion size, than it's ok to indulge once in a while.
