I LOVE to cropck pot giant batches of beans and freeze! My favorite to do with black beans is use in a Mexican casserole (hot for winter - cold for summer) with chicken breast and other veggies. My husband and I stayed home on Christmas Day and New Years Eve/Day... Best. Holidays. EVER!!! So much less stress.

5 lbs. since before Thanksgiving. Most of which was tasty alcohol drinks :) I had totally planned on going up with a free-for-all in that time frame so it's all good. Time to go back to best behavior and it will come off :)

You didn't gain back all of what you lost and you are back here doing what you need to do to get back on track. In my mind, you have in no way, shape or form "Blown it". :flowerforyou:

Ditto here - I have the LOUDEST sneezes and hiccoughs and I so wish I could be quiet and not have anyone look at me.... and they both hurt my lungs too :(

About the chicken - I marinated mine every time and don't have dry chicken.

30 minutes with shower - I take that long when I am going to dress up for a wedding or something. I like my sleep dangit!

I second (or maybe third) the yoga and meditation idea. Our work wellness program pointed me here - http://marc.ucla.edu/body.cfm?id=22 5 minute and even 3 minute options on there really help.
