I am breastfeeding 3-4 x a day (my baby is almost 10 months old) and I haven't had any issues with supply or felt hungry etc. during my journey here. I just make sure to eat back many of my exercise calories. I haven't had problems losing weight but I have been exercising lots and eating as well as I can. I think…

I am on day 18 and haven't had any problems. It is hard at times but I keep pushing through. I do know people who did it every other day but I am determined to do it all at once. I have noticed that I am getting more toned. I think it's a great workout.

It happens..just get right back into it. Have you still been exercising? I guess the biggest thing is to figure out how to get your motivation back. You can do it!!

I am on Day 12 - so level 2 now. I noticed that at the beginning my knees hurt a bit but I haven't had any pain since then. I switched to a better pair of running shoes so that might have helped. Also make sure you are doing the squats and lunges the correct way. I too am motivated to do it right through but only you can…

This really is a great place..I'll give you an example of my diary for today (I always do it in the morning to prevent myself from going over calories). Breakfast - 1 cup of corn flakes and 1 cup 1% milk Lunch - 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 2 pieces of turkey deli meat (lean) and lettuce Dinner - Piece of cod, steamed…

generally a bowl of cheerios with 1% milk..sometimes I change up the cereal but it is either corn flakes, shreddies or rice krispies sometimes I add some fruit

I am on day 6 today and while the first few days were tough it is a lot easier now. I trust that it won't cause any damage and haven't known anyone that has been hurt while doing it. She tells you how to do the exercises the correct way although only a real life personal trainer could help you with that I guess. Enjoy!

you should be very proud of yourself..I loved reading everything you wrote

It may seem like more of an upfront cost but I have actually saved money by eating healthier..here's how: -only drinking water so not buying juice, pop etc. -not buying junkfood -rarely eating out (gets sooo pricey) I just tell myself that even if it seems more expensive to live a healthier lifestyle that it is sooo worth…

sending you a cyber hug Do you have anyone to talk to to support you when you are feeling sad? I used to be so lazy but I find that exercsing makes me feel good after. You have been doing so well keep it up! I know it is hard to change your habits but I always think about my daughter when I'm having a bad day and how I…

I started at 215 before Christmas and I am currently at 188..you can totally do it! Stick with it :) Drink lots of water, exercise 4-5 times a week and eat under your calories most of the time (I still cheat every so often). Good luck!

I have been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and I truly think it has helped with my weight loss. It does have many benefits. I for one don't think the flavoured water gives you the same benefits though, like a previous poster said, it's better than drinking juice or pop. It's not hard to drink it once you get…

great job! I have the same exact goal weight loss as you so I find you very inspiring. I know I can do it too!!

5 days a week..I think that rest days are necessary. The odd week I will work out 6 days but I don't think that is really realistic for me.

I'm excercising at home using videos, plus EA Sports Active and my stationary bike and have done so much better than I ever have when I had a gym membership. I find it much easier to go downstairs and workout. Everyone is different though so you have to figure out what works for you.
-
I'm not - doing a 9 week program on EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3

congrats to you!! you look great :) I'm finding it hard to exercise with just one child (8 month old). You are proof that hard work and determination will enable you to reach your goal weight.

I'm doing the 9 week program on EA 2 for PS3. I was really out of shape so I am on easy though now that I'm in phase 3 it's still a good workout. On my off days I even find myself doing one of the custom workouts on medium or hard. I love it! I have never been interested in exercising before this - even when I had a gym…

good for you!! you look fantastic :)

sounds like everyone is doing well... I am 2 pounds less than my monthly goal of 195 so I am pumped! Have been drinking 8+ glasses of water which was one of my goals. Plus I have generally been exercising 6 days a week instead of 5 which I count towards my extra daily exercise minutes. I am feeling great!! I have had a few…
