I agree that every body is different and everyone has an idea of what 'underweight' and 'overweight' look like. If you want to be 5'6" and 115 that's perfectly fine with me. I have a bigger build and when I was 16 and was exactly what you are looking for and I was way too skinny but that's not to say that it wouldn't look…

I am usually under my cals and carbs even though I am by no means doing some sort of low-carb diet. The only major carb I have pretty well eliminated is potatoes and that has done wonders for my body. I would say it is worse to be over carbs - try to find alternative foods that will satisfy you. You will need to be…

I've been drinking 8+ glasses per day! Plus I only have 3 lbs to go to get to my monthly goal weight. Pretty good I'd say :)

I am nursing 4-5x/day and while I don't think it has held me back I definitely had to work for the weight loss. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 cals/day and drinking at least 8 glasses of water. Also make sure you are eating at least some of your exercise calories. Good luck!

We are waiting for the storm here in Toronto. Luckily I am on mat leave so I don't even need to leave the house! I'm dealing with a sick baby - lots of coughing. Hoping that she will still nap well so I can get my exercises in. Happy February!

Of course you should continue peppers. All your hard work isn't going to go away in a few days. Get back on track. I've had a few bad days in the last month but still lost 13 pounds. You will have to figure out what your triggers are and replace the need to eat with something else. Are you a stress eater? I find that I am.…

I am often alone when my husband travels and though I only have one child (7 month old daughter) I exercise when she has gone to bed. I've been using EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3 and it's great. I also use the exercise bike we have. Good luck to you!

how often are you weighing yourself? change it to once a week or twice a month and it probably won't be as frustrating.
