Those are the exact calipers I bought, cheap & cheerful but not accurate. My PT has me doing a lot of body weight exercises exactly like you mentioned. Hiya, I'm 5"2, 127lbs, uk clothes size 8/10. I recently started working with a personal trainer who took my measurements for body fat % & it came in at a whopping 31%!!! Disgusted much?? Hell yeah! I have a lot of hard work ahead of me. That is skinny fat :0(

I wear my fitbit all day & remove when I get to the gym, use my ft4 to record cardio & strength. Works fine as long as I remember to put fitbit back on when I'm done! Both sync with mfp when I get home.

Bugger! I had a few minutes believing I could be 22%! Yeah right! Gym starts with treadmill for 35 mins, currently doing c25k, on week 3 & going fine, then a 30-40 min mix of machines followed by stretches. Currently reading up on HIIT so gonna give that a whizz when I'm next in. as well as the gym I have the usual housey…

I too gym it 3 times a week. Currently doing c25k as my warm up & cardio then one day lower, next upper & abs. The third day I mix up & do a bit of both. Ps my upper arm strength is atrocious!!! Sometimes not even worth putting a weight on there! (& yes I move the pin when I'm done as I'm embarrassed by what I can't press!)
