Hey all!
I've used this site before to lose around 50 pounds (230-180)
However over the December month, Ive gained back another 10 pounds following a year in which I barely lost anything.
I really would love to lose another 50 pounds in 10 months as I start university there, and would like to be around 140.
My plan was to eat around 1500 calories for the first 20 pound, then slowly increase the calories and hopefully add in some fitness, as I stopped working out in the summer time when I went through a terrible depression.
I'm originally from Scandinavia, but moved to the UK to study and have lived here for nearly 3 years with my boyfriend.
I was hoping to get some friends on here, with potentially similar goals, or just someone who would like some support through their weightloss
