I try to log after each meal or snack but there are times when I don't get the dinner logged until the next morning. Still having results. The important this is to do it every day then it just becomes a routine.

Ihave noticed that people we see everyday don't really notice until you have last at least 30 or more pounds. The people we only see every so often tend to notice after 15 to 20 pounds.

I don't have cheat days, this time around I am not restricting myself from anything. But everything in moderation. I fit it into my calories for the day. I see a big difference. We can't always see it nor those that see us every day but when I see someone I haven't seen in a while they always see the difference.

I don't have a cheat dy but if there is something I want I eat it but keeping it within my count for the day. And usually it is only 1 meal or 1 snack item depending on what it is I am wanting. Don't beat yourself up if you slip just start over the very next meal or day.

Yes could be the more muscle mass from lifting weights. Measure and go by inches lost instead of pounds. And yes portion control is the hardest thing to learn and the easiest thing to forget about. Keep it up and I'm sure the pounds will start falling off.

51 now 52 in May and yes it is way harder now. Just joined here in Jan. 2013. Just starting back exercising. Just hoping to feel better and drop about 50 lbs. Get my energy back so I can enjoy my grandchildren.

I love avocados, nuts, butter olive oil. They are good for you. I try to eat good all week then on the weekend I will give myself one thing that I really wanted but didn't have during the week. I try not to eat backy my exercise cal. so I can go over a little on one day a week.

I am 52 and have 3 Grown children and 4 Grandchildren. Post Menaposual since I was 28 and have struggled with my weight on and off for all these years. First I blamed it on the hormones I was taking, but have been off those for about 5 years now and still have weight issues. I Love this app and am starting out small steps…

I am in my 4 week and have lost 5 lbs. Just started with the Food Diary adding exercise this week starting out with 3 times a week to start and get back into the swing. Love this tool.
