Anyone can add me if they like! 35 mother of 4. Started July 15th and started mfp July 30th. I was down 10 lbs when I joined mfp again and I am down almost 40 lbs total. I still have 90 lbs to go!

I like to do cottage cheese with blueberries, watermelon or raspberries. Chia seed fruit cups Turkey bacon Mainly I do the things you don't like such as egg dishes, protein drinks, HB eggs.

I'm up from walking at a 2.4 pace to a 3.6 pace on the treadmill. I'm trying to get to a jogging pace and it looks like I'm close!

Ive never heard of this type of dieting! It obviously works but its not something I see myself doing. Good luck, you look wonderful.

Of course it is working for you because its a huge shift in caloric intake. Tread lightly because its not always seen with the eyes the dangers of eating so few calories can cause! Keep up the healthy lifestyle though!
