I'm shy too, but the more you go the less awkward it is. After a week you should feel comfortable. I love my gym there are people of all ages and sizes.

Your beautiful don't worry about the stretch marks. While worried about my own stretchmarks, several years ago, I came across this site http://theshapeofamother.com/ . I kind of felt each story helped me feel ok about my flaws.

You look great. I love the way that you are breaking it down 10 pounds at a time! Good luck!! :)

Sorry to hear about your break up. I was always the same way couldn't eat for awhile after. Let yourself have sometime to grieve without thinking about the scale. Eat healthy, workout, and let this time be about you and what you want.

Let me know how you like it. I just picked up the Jillian Michaels meltdown yoga dvd. I might try it tonight or tomorrow. Good luck to you :)

You have done amazing since having your son. I remember when I was pregnant my doctor telling me it takes nine months to put the weight on it will take nine months to take it off. A year after I had my son I was actually smaller than when I got pregnant (I wish I was still that weight). How I lost the weight then was…

A few years ago when my husband and I were actually working out together it was a lot of fun. It brought us closer…

Hi Pinelandsjane I feed my moods too! I'm one of those people who likes to eat when I'm happy and um I'm a rather happy person, so not so good. I think knowing that we are like this will help us the next time we are feeling really good or bad to not just give into unnecessary eating. Another thing I have to figure out for…

Hi feather touch I'm also trying to figure this protein issue out. I gave up most meat over two years ago, but still use animal products like milk and cheese and still eat fish. Maybe one day I will be really good and go vegan. I picked up the book "Veganist" by Kathy Freston a couple years ago. I'm planning on finally…

Pops are a great idea, and I will have to try the greek yogurt. Thanks for the tips I will be using them!

I think I will try to save some of my calories for a late evening snack tomorrow (that is planned for three hours before I go to bed). I definitely need to increase my water intake which will be a new goal for tomorrow. Thank you for the advice.
