i definitely agree that walking is a good form of exercise. in an effort to switch things up you may want to try increasing the intensity/speed of walking for short distances during your walk and i also agree that adding in resistance training (such as body weight exercises) would be helpful to help avoid muscle mass loss.…

NROLFW is a weightlifting program. (Full name is new rules of lifting for women) it emphasizes doing compound moves with heavy weights to help change your body composition.

im kind of confused...you look like your boobs are plenty big already. unless the pics arent of you or you have one hell of a push up. so, while i agree that i dislike the fact that so many fitness models have implants, i dont understand where your complaint comes in that your boobs are somehow "lacking".

ok so i cant say that doing this has made me lose any weight, but by looking at my measurements and pictures you would never guess that. plus it has helped me drop a whole lot of body fat because my body has the fuel needed to burn the fat and increase my muscle. I do also lift heavy (i am doing NROLFW) so that helps. here…

definitely in the same boat here. i have about 7 lbs to lose to get to my ultimate goal and most days i feel like i will never get there. my weight hasnt budged in 4 months, but i have reached my body fat % goal so i dont know that i will ever lose that 7 lbs. its a hard place to be in once you get so close to your goal.…

from what i have been told, and what i experienced today, it works best to eat whatever you would normally eat before you run. just because it is an event doesnt mean you need to eat anything special. if you have been training for the run, eat the same thing you do before any training run.

my butt has "lifted" and gotten bigger since lifting. it looks much better since becoming fit. so although you may lose some fat, i think you will still be happy with it.
