2 months progress (swimsuit pics)
These pictures were taken exactly two months apart. I weigh exactly the same in both pictures - 157 lbs, but have dropped about 3% body fat between them. THIS is what heavy lifting and eating right can do to your body. It will not make you look like a man! For the first time I am excited to wear my swimsuit in public! :)…

Clarification
Ok, so i did workout B#1 today (and boy do i feel it lol) and i just want to make sure i am doing something right. as i understood it from the book, i am supposed to be doing a weight to where it is not easy to finish all 15 reps, so on my second set is it alright if i am not able to necessarily complete all 15 reps? or…

starting tomorrow!
Im going to start the workouts for stage 1 tomorrow. I am worried that I will get bored because I am only doing 2 days a week and it will take a lot longer. But i am still totally excited! :) I have seen some amazing results from others and hope this will get me past the plateau I have been on.

100 days to abs! (pics)
Today is day 100 for me! (this go around) when i started on January 5th i weighed 160 lbs and had 31% body fat (first picture) as of today i weigh 157 lbs and i have 21% body fat. 100 days by emgawne, on Flickr (sorry for the weird first pic, its the best one i had)

Dropping body fat %
Ok I need some advice. I'm at 157 lbs and 21.8% body fat right now and my goal is to get to 18% body fat. Right now I am eating about 1600 cals a day, doing daily cardio, taking body pump 3x a week and a core conditioning class 3x a week, not taking any supplements. Question is: what is your advice to help me drop my body…
