i'm an only child and i personally would have liked having a sibling. but as long as you don't spoil your only child it's really not a big deal. Also, make sure if you decide to have another kid to do it soon because if she is like 8 or 9 adjusting to having a sibling will be ahrd

give your body time to adjust, you've probably just hit a plateau. Give 2-3 more weeks though to see if you still don't lose anything. But you should still celebrate the fact that you are working hard and that you haven't gained any weight! Stick with it!

for breakfast i love rice chex and multigrain cheerios! But, i love eating sugary/kids cereal as a late night snack for a little more substantial "dessert" - its a three way tie between coco puffs, cinnamon toast crunch, and honey smacks! yummm

beeps - don't feel to bad about stepping on the scale, the fact that you can't even remember what day means you probably aren't hyper focusing on it anyway :) Yesterday I totally blew the "no sweets thing" - even though I started the day out good by skipping donuts AND birthday cake - just to have it all fall apart that…

i've made this everyday since i found it. SO GOOD. i use 1 1/2 c coffee though w/ 1/4 c almond milk. What surprises me the most is that it doesn't taste like artificial sweetener!

I totally just made the coolest star chart to check off of for the next 2 weeks :)

I want to do this! It sounds like such a good idea! I'm going to go get a pair of jeans this weekend :) do y'all think its better to get a cheap/average pair of jeans to use or to go ahead and pay a little extra for some nice ones?

Ok I think I'm going to take the plunge and start my own 2 week challenge! So the guidelines between now and April 27 are... 1. No Sweets (dessert, candy, even sweet tea...) 2. No Fried Food 3. Get all of my workouts for track in (even the weekend ones! and abs when I don't get to do them during practice) This is my first…

that's what I noticed too! I was like "omigosh, where'd her booty go??" congrats! that's usually a problem spot for most people!

You can lose one pound a week by cutting 300-350 calories a day and getting 30 min of exercise (just going out a taking a walk counts!). For exercise also work on finding something you love, try running/walking, yoga, zumba, workout DVDs, what ever sounds interesting! Another good idea is to focus on a goal, like training…

Carbs are essential to life!! but they don't have to come from bread/flour/refined sources. That means potatos, rice, beans, and other starchy vegetables. If you don't eat carbs you will lose weight quickly but it's just water weight so when you start eating carbs again all the water weight will come back basically…

For me 125 was too low, and now I hover around the same area as you. I would say if you really want to try to drop like 2-3 pounds but focus more on toning and eating clean for overall health

135-130, but look 125 (muscle mass, grr strong arms and legs!) I used to be 125 but didn't have much upper body strength and I was using unsustainable methods to get there, I was 132 until track season started and my weight shot up (combination muscle + eating more because I thought I was burning more calories but I was…

I'm in! I'm still going to eat my one snack that I eat after dinner (never hungry enough to eat all my cals at dinner) but nothing else! (no hersheys kisses or stolen m&ms!)

I've done SB before and I really wasn't a fan, but as far as food goes i LOVED the mini egg souffles (the recipie is in the SBD book). They are baked and are packed with spinach. The best part is you can freeze them and reheat them for breakfast or even a quick lunch. there is also and awesome cook book that we still use.

That is so smart! Sounds perfect for hot summers :)

bump! we finally got settled in our new house and we can start using the crock pot again
