Wow got my 100 pushups in today. It wasn't easy. I did them in sets of 25 throughout the day until I got to 100. Looking forward to tomorrow.:tongue:

Hey everybody, I did 70 squats early today and it hurt sooo bad. Just finished doing 30 squats and it still hurts but I got it done.:drinker:
