Thanks! I think I'm going to do one or two more cycles of this and then try something different.

What she said! I have to supplement with protein bars and shakes to reach my protein goals.

I just wish my bench was lighter. It's heavy and a pain to move around, especially since it goes on and off a thick mat when I take it in and out of my cage. Moving the barbells and weights are just part of it and don't bother me at all, although I did injure my wrist moving the barbell from one position to another but…

I did buy a cheap pair of Chucks, figuring they are better than the socks I have been wearing. However, I still want to buy some lifting shoes. I went to D1cks tonight and they don't keep them in store so I guess I will have to order something online. I hope they fit and are comfortable.

Those are cute!

I've been doing it in my socks, but because of my past PF my doctor doesn't want me to ever walk without shoes with an arch support. I even keep a pair of clogs next to my bed so I can clip them on when I get up...that's when it's most likely to bother me, even though I feel like I don't have it anymore since it doesn't…

Someone just brought it to my attention that Chucks are totally flat. I have a history of plantar fasciitis so those won't work for me after all. What would be a descent, budget friendly lifting shoe?

Sounds fabulous! I'm so jealous!!

Yep, that's what we're doing!

Hello neighbor! I live just outside of Charlotte.

Congrats on all the progress you've made! I hope this new routine helps you achieve your goals and I'm glad you will still be around here.

Nope, follow the rules or you can't play in our sandbox!!!    Actually, I haven't done this the "right way" since I hurt my wrist over a month ago.

Great news! You have been doing fantastic!!!
-
Nice to see you on here!!!

For some reason I thought I could add something during the third cycle...oops! I added the hip thrusts because my rear is flat and squishy and would like to correct that as much as possible. Although I may switch to the barbell glute bridge for no other reason than I don't want to mess with moving my heavy bench far enough…

Welcome to the group! I hope you enjoy AllPros!!

Oh my goodness! You have made an amazing transformation!!!! Wow!!!! I am just astonished at what our little group in here has accomplished with this program. I'm curious, how tall are you? I almost weigh your "before" weight and am only 7 lbs. from my goal. I'm wondering if I will want to continue losing at that point. I…

As Cmeirun said, I've never seen your before pic until now. For some reason I thought you had always been thin and were just working on adding muscle/gaining strength. Well done and thanks for the inspiration!

That would be great. Thanks!! BBQ chicken is one of the things I miss! My husband use to make spatchcock chicken on the primo grill and the next day would make pulled BBQ chicken with the leftovers...Oh how I miss those sandwiches!!! And I would use Curly Chips to scoop up the chicken that fell off of the sandwich. YUM!…
