I agree. I don’t even know how many years I’ve used MFP, long before UA took over and made some poor changes. I miss the news feed and the social aspect. I am a premium member that won’t be renewing when my subscription expires. I can’t help but wonder why I’m still getting a lot of friend requests. That aspect of this app…

What’s the point of having friends on here now that there’s no news feed? I keep receiving requests but I can’t even see anything about the friends I’ve had on here for years.

I ordered the Fitbit last night, but I think I've already changed my mind. Monitoring my HR is my top priority and it doesn't sound like this is very accurate. I didn't explain very well. I was frustrated because I'm trying to cut and she didn't say they were more defined, toned, muscular or anything, just bigger. I took it that she thought they looked fatter. :/

Where are you going? We are heading out the first week of April.

We are going on the Caribbean Princess out of Ft. Launderdale in April. We will be visiting Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Roatan and Princess Cay. Then in August we are going on the Oasis of the Seas to Haiti, Jamaica and Cozumel.

Very informative! Thanks! It sounds like it doesn't make any difference when I take it. Since it's not recommended to take it with caffeine, I won't put it in my DC's. What's the best/easiest way to take it? How much water do I need to drink daily? I'm not crazy about this new look either...

We spent our day in Cozumel at Nachi Cocom. It was Paradise!! All the drinks you want as well as a huge lunch, get waited on while relaxing by their pool or their private beach. Our waiter was even bringing drinks out to us in the ocean. Can't wait to go back!!!

I also life, although I'm doing All Pro. I did SL for a little while but returned to AP. I have been alternating with this. If I were to do both on the same day I would left first. I kept up the intervals for 45 minutes, then walked for 5 minutes and ran for 3 and then walked the last few minutes. I enjoyed it.

Tonight I did W2D2 but this time I did it on a treadmill at the gym. It seemed much easier today. I wonder if its because I didn't have to deal with the heat I face outside. I just completed W1D2. We are going on a cruise in 20 days. My plan is to try to do it on the ship. I usually start out working out on our first sea day and then never go back to the gym. Anyway, we are both just beginning.
