How do I find my 5 rep max?
Do I warm-up and then just guess how much I think I can handle? If I can do more than 5 reps how long do I wait before trying more weight? And I assume this is how much weight I can handle with good form and with squats hitting parallel?

Switching from All Pro's to SL, need help getting started.
I have been doing All Pro's for about 5 months or so. I will be completing the 4th cycle sometime this week...probably will do it Mon, Wed, and finish on Fri. My question is, should I start with the weights I'm using now on AP or start over?

I had read this app doesn't work with iOS 7. Has that been resolved yet? I have 2 more weeks to finish All Pro and then I play to experiment with this and another program to see what I like best. It would be great if I could use the app!

What would you do?
Tonight was my heavy night cycle 4, week 4. Tuesday I have my second, and final, complimentary "fitness assessment" with a personal trainer at my gym. That should be my medium day. Should I do both (do AP after my workout with him), do my 90% day on Wed., or skip it and just do my light day on Thursday?

Best type of shoes for T25?
I just started T25. I'm doing it on carpet and my Brooks running shoes are less than ideal for this. They don't work well when I do Zumba either. What type of shoes would would work best? I have a high arch and had plantar fasciitis for 3 years so I do need a shoe with good support.
