Bought equipment to lift at home, have questions
Hubby bought me what I need to lift at home (cage, bench and 300 lb weight set). I have only done my 10 rep max test and 1st day. However, I used a Smith machine and I won't be using one at home. Calf raises
Is there a good, at home, alternative to calf raises? I can do a lot of them with the amount if weight I'm able to hold so I'm hoping I could find something else to do instead. Is there a good alternative? Does cardio help? It feels like I'm working my calf muscles when I do my elliptical and some other things.
