Forgive me if this is a bad question but as someone who is coming from the world of cardio and exhaustion which led to a feeling of accomplishment... Should I "feel" like I had a good (hard) workout when I'm done? I don't know if it makes any difference, but I'm doing AllPro. I mean, I'm sweating while I'm doing this, but it doesn't take much to maker sweat. I kind of feel like I'm not working hard enough. I'm starving when I'm finished but I don't feel tired and my muscles don't feel sore. Is it designed that way in the beginning? Should I follow it up with a little cardio? I do plan to do cardio on 2-3 of my off days but what about lift days? The only lifts that feel really difficult are the BOR and SLDL. Part of that is because I don't have appropriate weights yet. My db set only goes up to 15 lb and my bb weighs 45 so on my curls I'm using the 15 lb db's but feel like I could lift a little more. I have olympic db handles ordered and am looking for a used 35 lb bb.

At this stage as long as you are progressing the weights/reps the way the program is designed that's all that really matters.
In a few months time when all your lifts have gone up it will feel pretty hard don't worry about that.0 -
You should feel like this:
On a serious note, what Hendrix said is correct.0 -
