Really happy with my 2.5lb loss this week, not sure what I've done differently but will keep going. Off in my holiday on Monday - eating out π€ but lots of walking round National Trust Properties and Alnwick Gardens. My goal is Disneyland, CA in May 2023 for my 50th (and my son's 21st) and want to be able to sit comfortably on the plane for 13 hours. Evening all, I'm 48 and in the worst shape ever. Health and weight are the worst ever. I tried a council led group, twice, through the doctors during lockdown and it didn't work. So I'm going back to counting calories, trying to give myself a boost to start with at 800 Cal's for a week and then on to 1000/1200. I'm on dayβ¦
