During this time of the year I enjoyed green salad since it's so warm outside you can chill them and put them in a container and you're good to go. My favorite is quinoa Greek salad Kalamata olives feta cheese tomatoes cucumbers red onions and an Italian salad dressing of your choice.

I buy the McCormick's marinade in the packages and don't use any oil in the marinade I just add water for the oil. Works just fine I've been doing it for quite some time.

I'm old fashioned, I like my salads. Lately it's been salad greens, black olives, toms, zucs, chick peas, and either 2 hard boiled eggs or 4oz chicken. Just this weekend I marinated several chicken breasts from a marinating packet but I left out the olive oil to cut the calories down. Hi Mary, Welcome, I am a repeat offender. I have been here before and did not do so well. Please don't do a crazy fad diet. Try just limiting your calories. I currently am at 1400. Think smaller porion sizes and healthier options. If you would like you can add me as a friend. :)

If you eat less than 1200 calories your body goes into starvation mode and will hold onto calories rather than get rid of them. Think high protien and low carb. Tuna is great, try plain greek yougurt insted of mayo. :) Good luck.

So I just looked up the cake spice cake mix and canned pumpkin, did the math and if you make 24 muffins from the mix they are 97 calories a piece. So 194 calories if you only make 12 muffins. These are regular size made in a regular size cupcake pan.

limit your self. I use splenda and one level tablespoon of coffeemate in a 12 oz cup, it's 20 calories. I just count it in as part of my calorie intake.

I use mine up, and enjoy them. You earned them why not. Plus your body needs to gain back the calories it expended while being active.
