I am just doing 30DS because I don't usually exercise at all so this is a big deal for me. I am planning to take saturday and sunday off each week, and I hope if the weather permits I can at least get a good walk/hike in those days.

I did day 4 today. For the first time I can honestly say "that wasn't so bad". I was less sore last night before bed, and this morning too. For me day 4 was finally the day that was in the right direction towards better. I am still sore, and it was still hard. But today was better. :)

I've heard it's on you tube, but don't have a link, hopefully some one can post one. It's hard, but you can just do the best you can! You have to start some where! They do have a person to follow who does modified versions of some of the things to make it not so hard.

Me too. I try to look at it like "I can do anything for 20 minutes". That does not mean it's not hard, but it's such a short amount of time. Today was my first day. I logged it as 6 minutes of vigorous jumping jacks for the 6 minutes of cardio, (even though it's not all jumping jacks, it's similar) and then 14 minutes of the general circuit training like suggested. I am looking into getting a heart rate monitor though.

Great job! Are you planning to do it every day without breaks? I am just wondering about rest days. Were your 3 days in a row? I truly feel right now like there is going to be no way I am going to be able to do it again tomorrow. The soreness began immediately. My arms were shaking to wash my hair in the shower after!

Ok, I did it. Whoa I am out of shape! But, I did finish. There were a few times I didn't quite push through to the end of the set, but I know that will get better. I'm questioning what is going to get me to do again tomorrow though. LOL

I couldn't stay off the scale and it was messing with my head! This weekend it went to stay with grandma for a while. If it's not in the house, I can't stand on it! I will get it back in a bit, but for now I had to force a break!
