  • A straw really helps me too! I can drink a lot more, a lot faster when I have a straw so I get a lot more out of the effort to grab some water! I keep my large dunkin donuts cups around for a while after the occasional iced coffee treat!

  • It can feel really scary, but once you get to the point of eating a healthy deficit for yourself you feel so good, and lose weight! You may want to go up a bit gradually after being so low for a while, and don't freak out if you gain a little at first. It's going to take your body a bit to adjust to being FED! :) Good luck!

  • I have been! I have a 32 ounce dunkin donuts cup that I use and keep refilling. I can easily drink 6-8 of them a day which ends up being over 190 ounces in a day. It's crazy.

  • Is that your TDEE? (The number they give you?) or your TDEE-20%. Like for me, for lightly active they give me 2162, and then I take away 20% to get to 1729. I use that 1729 number and then eat back any exercise calories I earn as well.
